Ne sachant pas vraiment quoi m'attendre avec ce livre, j'avoue que je ne suis pas aussi du que certaines personnes dans d'autres commentaires. Cependant je partage certains griefs avec eux.Premirement, le livre est vendu comme faisant le pont entre les pisodes 6 et 7 mais c'est pas tout fait le cas. Certes l'histoire a lieu suite la bataille d'Endor et montre un Empire affaibli et des rebelles fatigus mais galvaniss par leur victoire, mais c'est une histoire anecdotique qui n'exposent pas vraiment bien les enjeux des deux camps. Pour ceux qui veulent voir la gense du First Order, vous seriez du. CEPENDANT considrant que ce livre est le premier d'une trilogie, je pense que la suite rvlera plus de dtails.Les interludes montrant cette priode de transition de plusieurs points de vue sont intressantes mais parfois difficile lire et peuvent brusquement altrer le rythme du livre, ce qui me mne mon deuxime point: le style de l'auteur.Le style de l'auteur est inconfortable et ingal. Le lecteur est secou un peu dans tous les sens et ce n'est pas trs fluide. C'est parfois laborieux lire et j'ai du relire quelques passages afin de comprendre les actions.En positif, certains lments de l'histoire sont intressante, surtout concernant l'Empire, et certains personnages ont du potentiel pour la suite. N'ayant pas lu la suite, je ne peux recommander ce livre qu' des fans de Star Wars, ceux qui ont dj lu des livres de ce genre, les non initis seront probablement du. Personnellement j'aurai mis 2,5 plutt que 3 toiles.
